Shipping and returns

If you would like to view the artwork on location, or require further information, please contact us. We would be delighted to receive you for a personal appointment.

We assure you that we take care of safe and reliable shipping. After you have paid for your artwork, the final step is to make arrangements, together with you, for collection or shipping of the artwork.

At Ambassade Art Gallery it is possible to indicate with your order whether you want to have the artwork delivered or collected free of charge.

Shipping
You will receive the artworks within 2 – 5 working days, within the Netherlands. We will contact you as soon as possible to make secure shipping arrangements and discuss the shipping costs with you. After the shipping costs have been paid, we will ensure safe and secure shipping to your preferred address,

Pick up
If you choose the option ‘pick up order’, your order will be ready for you immediately. There are no additional costs involved for pickup.

Returns
If your order is not to your satisfaction, you can exchange it within 14 working days. The return costs are to be borne by the customer. Returns on location are free of charge.

If the artwork is delivered damaged, please send an e-mail to gallery@ambassade-hotel.nl with a picture of the damaged artwork. In most cases Ambassade Art Gallery will pay the shipping costs.
